History has advanced another era. The post-internet generation, on the other hand, differs significantly from previous generations with its own priorities, expectations, and habits. GLOBAL ICE AGE Not only in our own country, but also the results from all over the world: could this not be the main reason for the young people's lack of trust in governance systems, their anger, and their escapism? A paradigm shift is taking place. In Bekir Ağırdır's words, "global ice age"... The industrial era is over, the post-industrial era has not settled. However, such a significant disruption has occurred that every concept and institution that comes to our mind today must adapt itself to the post-change era. The cornerstone of the new era is the rapid increase and spread of data and information. Over the years, fundamental innovations have entered our lives in a way that they will never leave again. Smartphones, social media, crypto applications, new security issues... You can name as many as you can. However, the basic concepts have not changed. Important infrastructure elements such as the legal system, governance mechanisms, and education insist on not changing. For example, there is still no basic definition of data and information in economics. Therefore, there is none in the legal system either. And if you notice, the formation of the world's largest companies already arises from the gaps created by the theoretical absence of the concept of "data". From time to time, after shakings by the American Congress or Senate and the EU Parliament, they continue on their way with fines that are very large according to us, but almost painlessly small according to them. COMMON COMPASS The solution to the global ice age lies in getting rid of old narratives and creating its own new story. In today's increasingly dynamic environment where uncertainties are rapidly increasing, the world must create its compass to guide its future and create its models within the framework of its common story in infrastructure areas such as law, governance, education, and health. James Herbert, the author of the novel "Dune", said in the heavy atmosphere of the Cold War and the reflections of the first nuclear threat in the 50s, "Controlling technology is like holding a tiger by the tail."
