Skillswatch

Conducted in partnership with Psylabs and Research Istanbul, Skillswatch analyses how prepared young people in Turkey are for the skills of the future. Published every year, the report maps the skill areas, motivations and career expectations of 18–25 year olds. Its purpose is to better understand young people and offer strategic recommendations to institutions — providing a reference framework for education, employment and talent policy.
