Türkiye Robotics Platform

Türkiye's robotics sector is far deeper than it appears from the outside — and far more fragile than it appears from within. A billion-dollar ecosystem, more than 50 companies with revenues above one million dollars, Baykar's autonomous aerial vehicles exported to over 30 countries, Milvus selling factory robots to GE and Nissan — that is the depth. Yet near-zero component manufacturing, actors unaware of one another, integrators unable to expand abroad, no national strategy — that is the fragility. The Türkiye Robotics Ecosystem study is led by Başlangıç Noktası under TOGG's lead sponsorship. It has two components: an independent report that captures the global race, maps Türkiye's real position and explains why the ecosystem is growing without coordination — and the Robotics Platform that will launch between June and September 2026. The platform will operate on a corporate-membership model, offering deep-dive sectoral research, regular workshops, training programmes, networking events, joint R&D projects, investment and mentorship opportunities, and bridging services for international collaboration. The report provides the diagnosis; the platform is the shared workspace where we co-create the response. The work serves six audiences at once: companies developing or using robotics solutions; investors and entrepreneurs; universities and R&D centres; public institutions and regulators; system integrators and consultancies; and young people pursuing a career in robotics.
